Help Stop Gorilla Massacre & Educate A Child

I'm recommending a new children's book called Looking for Miza: The True Story of the Mountain Gorilla Famly Who Rescued One Of Their Own.

The book was produced as a joint project with the Clinton Global Initiative to raise awareness of our planet's endangered mountain gorillas.

The photos are beautiful and you will fall in love with these human-like animals.

380 Mountain Gorillas live in the Democratic Republic of Congo's Virunga National Park, and one of them named Miza lost her mother to a tragic massacre last summer.

This book follows Miza's journey being rescued by her father, Virunga's legendary alpha-male silverback gorilla named Kabirizi and the Congolese Mountain Rangers. These rangers coupled with our help and awareness play a critical role in the survival of this endangered species.
